Who . . .What Are We? Homes on the Hill, CDC, is a not-for-profit organization Incorporated in 1993 to develop affordable housing in the Hilltop community. It has an accomplished record of providing home rehabilitation and homeownership programs. Click here to view a map of our service area. It also offers a homeownership education program conducted in both English and Spanish (HUD and AHECTI approved) .
