The WECO Ohio HomeOwnership IDA Program will match
your savings,
making it easier than ever to buy a home in The
WECO Ohio Statewide IDA Program gives low income households access to
home ownership through matched Individual Development Account (IDA)
savings accounts. This program is funded through the State of Ohio
Department of Jobs and Family Services. Savings of up to $750 are
matched 3:1
- a match of $2250
for a total of $3000
toward a down payment on your new home. You are eligible if you meet the income requirements, have at least one child under the age of 18 living in your home and are buying your first home or first home in the past three years.
